Most organizations have an AI strategy. Very few have an AI operating model. The gap between the two is where most transformation programs fail — not for lack of technology, but for lack of organizational infrastructure to absorb it.
Over 15 years, I've worked across enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and — now — AI-native system design. My work spans governance frameworks, knowledge system modernization, intelligent service automation and the change management that makes technology investments land at scale.

Currently, I'm leading an AI-native IT transformation program at one of Europe's largest cooperative retail groups — deploying intelligent automation built on Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise, integrated natively into enterprise knowledge systems and service workflows, at scale, across a multi-entity structure.
